  1. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a noncommittal Online catalog. By Clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the Goods contained in the basket. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation by E-Mail.

  1. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs depend on the number of books ordered:
– 1 to 3 books: €10 (within Germany)
– 4 to 6 books: €20 (within Germany)
– 7 or more books: on request
– Shipping to EU countries as per the list: flat rate €30
– Collection in Hanover: free of charge
The specific shipping costs are shown during the ordering process.

  1. Delivery

We ship with Hermes within Germany and to the following EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (excluding Greenland, Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland), France (excluding overseas territories), Italy (excluding Livigno, Vatican City, San Marino), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding overseas territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal (excluding the Azores, Madeira), Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding island regions), Czech Republic, Hungary.

Delivery time Germany: 4–6 business days
Delivery time EU: 6–10 business days

  1. Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance, PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods offered during the ordering process.

  1. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

  1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our withdrawal policy.

  1. Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty law applies. Claims for damages are excluded unless there is intent or gross negligence.

  1. Digital content

For digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as, with your express consent, performance of the contract has begun and you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal.

You may optionally create a customer account. Access data must be treated confidentially. In the event of misuse, we reserve the right to block accounts.

  1. Vouchers and discount promotions

Vouchers are valid only for the specified period and are non-transferable. Cash payment is excluded. Only one discount can be redeemed per order.

  1. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Mandatory provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
